Devin's Pinewood Derby, Cub Scouts

Saturday was the Pinewood Derby were all the boys get to race their cars they have been making. It was fun! We tried to leave early because we all were not feeling 100% yet, and they caught me. They had me come up to the front to say good bye and give me a gift for helping the Tigers this year. I look really happy here! I do not like getting up in front of everyone. I leave that for Dane!
Here is Devin's car (red) on the left.

Even Jarom was very interested in watching the races!

Here is the "one" race Devin WON!

All sick!

It is not fun when everyone in the house is sick. We got a pineapple at the store, and afterwards we all had stomach problems. Devin had to run to the bathroom twice last night (so thankful he has learned to do that). Before he would run to me to tell me he had to throw up and go on the floor. Jarom was up all night crying with a cough and runny noise and more. Even Dane is sick which is very weird! So who takes care of you and your children when both parents are sick? I guess you just survive!

It is COLD!

We are so ready to move! This is how we have to dress in our house!
Here is our fire stove that should heat the house but doesn't. We keep a fire all day, and it might get to 63 degrees.

Here was the temp today outside 7 DEGREES, inside 58 DEGREES, CRAZY! To cold for me!
We have movers coming Monday, we have a busy next week.

Here is a cute picture I took of Jarom pretending to use my phone. He did this for the camera! He is mama's boy!
Here you go Family........
We drive down to Graf (2 hours) yesterday to look for housing. We found our house, so we are excited! We found a 4 bedroom on post about 1600 Square feet without the basement which has tons of space. We decided to get a place on post because we are tired of driving 30 min into town for work and Devin's school. We also like this place because it is all on one floor (no stairs in the home)! I even have the washer and dryer on the same floor, so I had to take a picture! Since I am prego and get a bad back, this is perfect! I can not remember the last time I did not have to go into the basement to clean clothes.
Bathroon, everything is white!
Hallway to the 4 bedrooms, storage room.

Jarom loved to pose for each picture for me without asking! He is standing in the dining room, next room over is the living room. All the Army furniture will be gone before we move in.
Love the big kitchen! American Refrigerator and stove!!!!! German's have everything very small!

Since I have not posted in a while.....

We have less than 3 weeks before we should move, but we still are waiting for the offical paperwork inorder for us to schedule movers and look for a new house. It is so hard to just wait and wait not know what is going to happen! I am hoping Tuesday we will hear some news. I just hope the kids and I will be able to move the same time as Dane.

Normally, were we live, the snow comes and maybe stays for 2-3 days and melts. We had a really bad storm and the snow has stayed now for over a week. I have learned I am not a snow type of girl, not for long periods of time at least. Today it is raining, and I was so happy because it might melt the snow some :) It has been 25-30 degrees here during the day. It is hard to leave the house!

I am 10 weeks pregnant now, and I have been feeling okay I guess. I feel great in the mornings! Around 2-3 pm I start to get tired and can not do much off the couch. One evening I felt good, so I made dinner. Dane was so excited, he took a picture of our food! The sacrafices we have to endure for children!

Daddy and Son Time!

This is what Daddy and Devin have been up to! I think Daddy likes it just as much as Devin.
A few days ago, Devin came home from sleding with his face all scraped up (you can still see it here). He told me, "It's okay mommy. It does not hurt any more." Boys will be boys!
Jarom and I stayed home in the warmth!

We are moving!

You might think we are moving back to the States, but I am not that lucky! We just got orders we are moving about 2 hours to Grafenwoehr, Germany VERY SOON, Feb 5! I will be having a crazy new year. It is a very large base with a bigger PX and Commissary :) I have heard the housing there is new, big, and nice so that is exciting! I am excited about getting a new house. I love this one, but it is so cold here. With the fire going, I can not get it warmer than 62-64 degrees in the house. I am ready for a newer house with heat!

Number 3!

We are happy to say we are expecting number 3 child! He or she is due on August 12, so it will be good to have a summer baby.Dane and I went to the doctor Monday and got to see an ultrasound and the little heart beating! We are just praying we get a girl because I feel "so DONE" after this child! I think my sister-in-law can testify (and my husband) that I am a very tired, sick, and not so nice pregnant woman for the entire time. I am not like these women that gets sick for 3 months and then get better. I found out a couple of months a go that my Uterus is positions near my spine, so during pregancy I have very bad back pains. I could bearly walk while pregnant with Jarom at times. I know I will make it through this, but it's going to be a long 7 1/2 months!

Updates

I have been not feeling well lately, so I am behind on blogging! Here is some of what we have been doing. Jarom turned 2 years old Dec 29 which is hard to believe. He did not know what to do with us singing Happy Birthday to him, so he put his arms up.
Here is some of Christmas. Devin got this present, but Jarom seems to like it more.

Ever since I met Dane, he has talked about getting a Vita-Mix. It is a mega blender plus I got the attachment that will grind wheat and much more. He has bugged me about it forever. I told him, "mybe after the deployment." Well, I had to keep my word.
Jarom loves his Choo-Choo
Devin got his own Choo-Choo!
