We got our house

Today, we finally got our keys to our house. We still have to wait to move into it because we have to get some furniture loaned from the Army. Germany has Holiday's all the time. We have to wait almost a week to order furniture because they are closed for Holidays. It sure is nice to be a German worker!

Still in a Hotel!

We have been in Germany now for 2 weeks and still in a hotel. I have talked with other families and this is normal. Some are here for a month or more!! We found a house we really love, but still waiting for our new orders for this location so Dane can in process. We can not do anything until then. It would be great if we had a car, so we could see the wonderful sights, but we are stuck here with no transportation. I can not wait until we can really SEE Germany!

We are in Germany

We are in Vilseck Germany, but the army wants to move us to somewhere else. We do not want to go because it is so nice here. We will see where we end up! Hopefully we will get a house soon and get Internet access. Love everyone!

Moving to Germany

Well, we fly to Germany Tuesday, so this will be my last post until we get a house and Internet in Germany :( I miss everyone and miss calling at any moment to talk to my family. I bet I will be buying lots of calling cards. We love all of you and will talk soon.

So Long Fort Benning

We are leaving Fort Benning. We have enjoyed our time here, meeting new and lasting friends. We will always remember our time here.

Packing!

Moving!

Day 3 with the movers here and I am ready for it to be over. Sitting on a hard floor is not fun all day! All our stuff will be gone today. Hopefully I will see it again all in one piece, ha ha!
