Date night

The Army here in Germany does a "Friday parents night out." Where they watch your kids while you go out on a date for a fee of course. I decided since we have not been on a date for like 6 months, it would be a good thing! The lady took Jarom and he started to cry right away and cried for 2 hrs until we came back :( I felt so bad. He almost made me cry. Now Sunday we are all getting sick, wonderful!

I'm in Trouble!

Here is what you think of when you go see Germany! This is the castle like Disney and many movies have this castle in the movie. It was lots of fun seeing the mountains. Dane thought he was back in Utah.

Vacation time!

Dane has off this week, so I wanted to sight see. We planned on going on a day trip to see a city 1 hr away, but we changed on minds on the way. We ended up 2 hrs away at Legoland. It was a blast and Devin was SO excited to see everything.

Movers are Here!

The movers showed up about 8:30 this morning. So far not to much damage except for my new dresser. The wood on the corner is broken. We will see after I go through all the boxes. The total weight for all our stuff was 9,050. To much stuff! I'll blame it on Dane's piano!!!

I can drive!!!

I was finally able to get Dane to watch the kids, so I could take my driving test and I PASSED!! It was 100 questions and many soldiers before me failed and many failed twice already. It is a little scary driving in a foreign country that have different rules. The picture is our BMW for Dane to drive around. It drives really good on the Autobahn going over 100 mph!

Here is the big Catholic Church in the middle of town here in Gerolzhofen were we live. We walked around Saturday and had lunch. They sell something called a Doner which are so so good. It's like a super good taco/bread thing :) Almost all the stores closed at like 1-2pm. They do not believe in working late at all.

Devin was really enjoying his ice cream.

Germany Window boxes

Flower boxes are a must in Germany! They are all over the place here. Here are mine. I love flowers, so any excuse to buy some I am all over it.

Devin loves to act like Jarom is older than he really is, rolling around! Jarom loves it. I might be in BIG trouble with these two!
Jarom likes to make a mess eating. Weird, he likes baby prunes.

Jarom

Here is my happy Jarom. He is so happy in the mornings! He is starting to move around on the floor more. He still wants to be held lots. Can you tell I like posting pictures?

Our pond

Dane has been cleaning out our ponds. Here is a view from the balcony upstairs. The top is the big pond and it over flows to the small pond. The last photo is the little waterfall (before it was cleaned)that brings the water back to the big pond. We love the pond!

First Train ride!!

I went on the train for the first time today to Bamberg, Germany. It was a 30 min ride. It put Jarom to sleep.

Today I went to Bamberg, Germany with my class. It was a lot of fun and a lot of walking. We had lots of fun and I have to take Dane there to see everything. Pictures do not give it justice. There is lots of shopping!!

We have Internet

We finally have Internet at our new house, HA! Here are the boys while we were at the Hotel with Jarom's new bouncer. He LOVES it and it gives me a break!

We have moved in

We have officially moved in our house. I just typed a long message and now I do not see it, wonderful. I will have to post later Jarom is awake now!!

We have officially moved into our new house. Hopefully, we will get Internet soon so I can put some pictures on here. We have been busy trying to get everything put away; It has been almost impossible with Jarom. He wants to be held ALL the time. I think it might be because of all the moving. We love everyone and miss ya!
