We are home

We are back in Germany and still off schedule. I thought since we stayed up all day, we would be able to sleep that night. I was wrong. The kids and I are still having trouble sleeping. While I was gone to Florida, I had heard about a big storm that hit around my house in Germany and many house basements were flooded. I had a nice welcome when I got home! All my storage in the basement must of had about 5 in of water. The landlord did come over, so there was no more water when I got home. But there was mold on everything. Many things I value were distroyed like some of my baby pictures and many other pictures. Many of Dane's family history story books were all wet and much more. The only good thing was I did have many things in those plastic tubs or off the ground, so some stuff was safe. First thing I did was go buy more tubs!

Going back to Germany!

In a couple of days, I will start my 24 hour journey back to Germany (Not looking forward to it). This month here in Florida has gone by SO FAST! When I came back here for Christmas, the month went kind of slow, and I was ready to get back to my house and normal life. I feel completing different this time. I think if my ticket were unchangeable, I would postpone my trip a few more weeks. All well, Germany here we come!

I am not sure were to start since I am so behind on my blogging. Here are some photos I had on my camera. Dane has more on his camera which I will get soon. Below is the cemetery where Bronko is and some other family. Here is where my grandparent are buried.

We decided to cheer up my mom, and we went to Disney. We ate lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe below.

We had to say good bye to Dane again. Here is Devin on a motorcycle during our last fun time with Daddy at the Airport!
This weekend the kids and I drove up to Tallahassee to see my dad and more family. We went to a water park and the kids loved it. Of course, I did not get many pictures because I did not want the camera wet while I was chasing Jarom all over the place.
Last, but not least, I had lunch with my long time high school friend.

Ft Myers Beach

I am way behind on my blogging, but here are some pictures of our first week in Florida. 2 days after flying here, we drove to Fort Myers Beach since my dad had a beach house for a week. Well, I think I was there for 12 hours before I had to drive back to Lakeland to support my mother with the plans of the funeral. Devin did get to stay at the beach with my sister-in-law and her 5 kids. Do you think he missed me?? Maybe a little! He sure loves playing with his cousins! I really enjoyed the Devin break! Thanks Melody!!!
